Can you guarantee the success of delivery and discreet packaging?

All our deliveries are packaged plain without any descriptions or company names. Even your postman won't know what is inside. The delivery success rate was 99% last year, the rest was mostly due to incorrect addresses.

Do you reship orders?

Yes, in case you don't receive your order after 31 days from sending, or if the delivery is returned to us as undeliverable, we will recheck your address and ship again (or send to a different address)

What are your standard delivery times?

We will process your order 3-7 days latest after receiving the payment. We can't guarantee precise time of delivery since it's dependent on many factors, but usual delivery times are 9-12 working days to U.S. and 5-7 days to Europe.

If the customs seize your package (what happens in barely 1% of all cases), please follow these rules:

  • No need to worry, the recipient is not responsible for the contents!
  • You will receive a letter explaining that a delivery has been seized possibly due to illegal or forbidden substances in the package(depends on local laws).
  • You will be asked for explanation. You only need to claim that the delivery is not yours and was sent to you certainly by accident.
  • Please contact our customer support, we will ask you to send us the scanned copy of the documents from customs and we will re-send your order.
